For water utilities
When the water changes, every channel changes with it.
Atmayoni is the AI layer for water utilities: your verified documents, your live systems, and a safety policy enforced in code. Publish one advisory and your website, status page, chatbot, phone line, and data feeds tell residents the same truth, at the same moment.

The problem
Emergency communication is broken
When a main breaks or a boil-water order hits, a utility must reach every resident at once, through channels that were never built to work together.
Every channel updated by hand
Website banners, press releases, robocalls, and social posts are edited separately. Residents see different versions of the truth depending on where they look.
Knowledge that quietly goes stale
Rates, lead-line records, and safety guidance live across hundreds of pages and PDFs. Even a correct answer can be built on yesterday’s information.
Tier-1 notices as a copy-paste relay
Drafting, approving, posting, updating, and lifting a notice crosses teams and tools by hand, at exactly the moment minutes matter most.
A regulatory clock that starts immediately
A Tier-1 violation gives a utility 24 hours to notify the public. The clock does not wait for the communications plan to catch up.
Evidence reconstructed after the fact
Regulators require the notice exactly as issued, where it ran, and when. Rebuilding that record by hand after an emergency is guesswork under deadline.
The questions no channel can answer
“Can I drink the water? Can I bathe my baby?” During an event these overwhelm the phone lines, because nothing can answer them instantly and correctly.
One verified advisory becomes resident-ready communication on every channel.
Step 1: Verify your knowledge
Atmayoni crawls and curates your public site and PDFs into a governed, provenance-stamped knowledge base. Your staff decide, section by section, exactly what may power an answer.
Step 2: Publish an advisory once
Operators declare a hazard-typed, geo-scoped advisory through an approval-gated console. Drafts compose from your verified guidance; a second, named approver signs off before anything reaches residents.
Step 3: Every channel moves at once
The advisory flows to your website widget, hosted status page, chatbot, voice line, and the standards feeds alerting vendors consume. Lifting it retracts everywhere, at once.
Answered, and proven.

The safety policy is code
Most AI products put safety in the prompt and hope.
Ours is enforced outside the model, in code paths that hold no matter which model runs behind them: twenty structural invariants, re-verified against the running system on every build. If one breaks, the build fails. The advisory speaks first
An active health advisory is never hidden, softened, or contradicted on any channel. Every answer follows it.
Expired is not lifted
A timer running out never turns anything green. Only a human lift, recorded and attributed, ends an advisory.
Degraded renders as a warning
If a live check cannot be completed, every surface says so instead of guessing.
Nothing fabricated without a badge
Every number traces to a record or is omitted. Simulated sources are labeled as simulated.
No single hand reaches residents
Advisories require a second, named approver, and the audit trail is append-only.

The close-out packet writes itself.
After a Tier-1 event, the regulator asks for proof. Atmayoni assembles the record while the event runs, so when the advisory lifts, the packet already exists.Timeline of declaration, updates, and lift
Every state change with actor and UTC instant, assembled while the event runs.
Notices exactly as issued
Each public notice with its CAP id and the named approver who published it.
Append-only audit trail
Sign-ins, drafts, publishes, corrections, and lifts. Recorded once, editable never.
Certification of completion
The close-out form, ready to print and sign. Nobody reconstructs an emergency from screenshots at 2am.

Channels
Meet residents where they already are
No rip-and-replace. Atmayoni adds a verified layer to the channels you already run.
A hosted public status page
White-labeled under your domain: live advisories, affected-area maps, address lookup, and grounded answers, stamped with when each fact was last verified.
One script tag on your existing site
The embedded assistant carries the same advisory-first behavior onto the website you already have. No rebuild, no migration.
Behind the assistant you already bought
A keyed API and MCP server put Atmayoni behind Copilot Studio, Genesys, or Amazon Q. Their agent keeps the conversation; ours guarantees the water facts.
Voice-ready for your phone line
The same engine returns spoken-form responses for IVR vendors, so the caller at midnight hears exactly what the website says.
A CAP feed for alerting vendors
Standard Common Alerting Protocol output for mass-notification and emergency-alert systems. Publish once; the ecosystem follows.
A partner feed for navigation apps
Road-affecting events flow to a Waze-compatible feed, so closures around a main break appear where drivers actually look.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions
The questions utilities ask before a walkthrough, answered plainly.
Do we have to replace our website or phone system?
No. The status page is hosted under your domain, the widget is one script tag on your existing site, and the API puts Atmayoni behind the chatbot or IVR you already run. Nothing is ripped out.
What stops the AI from saying something wrong about safety?
The safety policy is enforced outside the model. Answers are grounded only in your verified documents and the live advisory record; during an event, the advisory is prepended to every answer for the affected area. These behaviors are structural invariants verified on every build, not prompt instructions.
What powers the answers?
Your own public record: the pages and PDFs your staff curate into a governed knowledge base, plus your live advisory record. If the system cannot verify something, it says so rather than guessing.
Where does it run?
Each utility gets its own isolated single-tenant deployment, in our cloud or inside your network. A self-hosted model option keeps every byte on your infrastructure.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Your corpus powers your deployment and nothing else.
What does this look like today?
A working system proven against the complete public record of a major U.S. water utility: live advisories, geo-scoped answers over 144,000 real service addresses, and generated compliance packets. We are onboarding a small number of design partners now.
